Το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο του σωματείου «GREEK CHAPTER OF THE INTERNATIONAL FACILITY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION», σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 8 του Καταστατικού, καλεί τα τακτικά μέλη της Εταιρίας σε Έκτακτη Γενική Συνέλευση, που θα πραγματοποιηθεί την Τετάρτη 3 Δεκεμβρίου 2025 και ώρα 17:00 – 17:30 μέσω του προγράμματος ηλεκτρονικής συνδιάσκεψης Microsoft Teams, στον ακόλουθο σύνδεσμο:

Τα θέματα της ημερήσιας διάταξης είναι:

1. α) Η κατάργηση του άρθρου 10,
   β) η αναρρύθμιση των άρθρων 11, 12, 13, 14 και 15 σε άρθρα 10, 11, 12, 13 και 14 αντίστοιχα και γ) η τροποποίηση των άρθρων 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, του καταστατικού και των 10, 11, 12 και 14 του καταστατικού ως έχουν αναριθμηθεί.
2. Λοιπά θέματα και συγκεκριμένα:
   Α. Ανασκόπηση μέχρι τώρα πορείας του οργανισμού.
   Β. Εκλογές νέου ΔΣ εντός Φεβρουαρίου 2026.
   Γ. Κοπή πίτας 2026.
   Δ. World Workplace Europe 2026.
   Ε. Συνεργασία IFMA Greece με την Premium Real Estate Expo.
   ΣΤ. Διεξαγωγή FM DAY 2026.
   Ζ. IFMA Trainings 2026.

2. Other matters, such as:
   A. Review of the organization’s progress to date.
   B. Elections for a new Board of Directors in February 2026.
   C. Cutting of the New Year’s cake (Vasilopita) 2026.
